We enable small family business owners to separate the family drama from the business operations so they can live a full and happy life inside and outside the business.

We help them see things in their life with fresh eyes, which empowers them to make choices they weren’t aware of.

John Kuder is an international small business coach, author,
contributing editor, speaker, award-winning instructional
designer, and technology instructor. He is the third generation
of a family agriculture business—an innovator in multiple
industries. John is continuing that tradition by empowering other families to thrive through result-oriented coaching, consulting, and training that is personalized to the specific needs of the client.

Connie Kuder

Chief
Connie is the 10th generation of a farming family in
central Ohio. She began leadership training at the age of
fourteen and has years of experience facilitating groups of people far more senior in age and experience. Connie served the Kuder family business for decades in a supporting role as wife, mother, operations manager, and strategic advisor to difficult decisions. Her active role as partner in Kuder Consulting Group utilizes her talents to get clients results.
